AMD SEV is a modern security feature that provides advanced hardware-level memory encryption and isolation for your server, protecting it from host-based threats. If you wish to enable AMD SEV-SNP for your server, please contact us.
TOR exit nodes are allowed. DMCA is not relevant in Bulgaria, however, Bulgarian copyright law is in effect. Any reports or complaints are reviewed, and we try to address any issue with the customer's best interest in mind by contacting them first to resolve the problem.
Port 25 (SMTP) is blocked by default to reduce the amount of spam sent from our servers. If you need to send emails, please use external mail services with port 587. Alternatively, you could also get a dedicated instance (VDS) where no ports are blocked. For further information or assistance you can always contact us by opening a support ticket and explaining your situation.
We accept Bitcoin and BTC Lightning Network payments. We also encourage customers to make use of this payment method as it enhances privacy and has lower fees. Additionally, we also use our own self-hosted wallet and no third-party gateways in order to further protect our customers’ privacy.
VPS.BG is required to collect VAT (Value Added Tax) for customers that reside in the EU. VAT is not charged to Business or Charity customers that provide a valid VAT registration. You may enter your VAT registration in your customer portal's settings section. Our prices do not include VAT - VAT will be added to your invoice as a separate line item.
