Our new server support plans are the perfect option for both newcomers and seasoned users! Whether you’re just starting out with cloud hosting and you’re not experienced with server management or you just don’t want to deal with potentially tedious, time-consuming server tasks, we’ve got a plan for you!
The new support plans come in 4 different tiers - The Basic plan, which is automatically included with every single VPSBG server, the Professional option, the Premium plan and the Enterprise version, which is highly customizable.
The Basic Plan
As we already mentioned, the basic plan comes along with each cloud VPS or VDS server that is purchased. It features 24/7 email and ticket support with network and hardware SLA. You are guaranteed to get any issues resolved within 24 hours and you can also expect general tips and advice on how to manage your server.
Not only that but you also get your very own independent server management control panel, which you can use to operate your server including performing tasks like restarting and reinstalling.
Perfect for: Businesses and individuals that have some technical expertise or their own technical team.
The Professional Plan
For an extra 50 euros per month, you get a very expanded set of support features and options for your server, courtesy of our support team! In addition to having everything from the Basic plan, the Professional option also comes with a much faster reaction time of under 8 hours with an average critical resolution time of under 2 hours!
Not only that but if you want to make the change from another provider, we’ve also got you covered! The Professional support plan includes initial server configuration as well as website or application migration, saving you time and effort and allowing you to make the switch seamlessly!
Additionally, you also get extra features from our support team like simple issue debugging, log analysis, basic cPanel and WHM support, package installations and firewall installations and setup for extra security! You also get an email client setup, DNS services, SPF/DKIM record setup and a 10GB cPanel mail account, allowing you to skip the entire setup process!
Finally, you also get the option of having a 2 hour reactive technical support that is able to immediately respond to any issues!
Perfect for: Users that rarely require support for complex issues and tasks. This particular plan can help you save time and effort by delegating some system administration tasks to our support team. It’s a great option for online stores and business-intensive applications.
The Premium Plan
Our Premium plan comes at the monthly cost of 150 euros and it includes everything from the previous 2 tiers in addition to some sweet extra features! The incident reaction time is only 30 minutes with an average critical issue resolution time of 1 hour. You also get an additional communication channel and live chat via Telegram, allowing you to stay in touch with us at all times.
Additionally, you also get extra server configuration options as well as custom solutions for your server that our support team can get set up for you like apache, nginx, haproxy, php, fpm, mail, redis and others. Our team can also perform database operations like importing and exporting as well as some simple customizations.
You also get server optimization and security tips, as well as suggestions on resource preservation and app effectiveness. Our team will also help you implement more complex technologies onto your cloud server. Similarly to our previous plan, you will also get 2 hours of reactive technical support per month.

The Enterprise Plan
Our final plan features all of the benefits of our previous 3 tiers and is fully customizable to your needs which is why you need to contact us to receive a quote. With the enterprise plan, you also get the ability to join meetings, open discussions and state what you need for your server.
Additionally, you also get custom applications, scripts and database operations for your server by our support team. You also get feature development, scripting, custom solutions and a high-level infrastructure with custom deployments.
