TOR exit nodes are allowed. DMCA is not relevant in Bulgaria, however, Bulgarian copyright law is in effect. Any reports or complaints are reviewed, and we try to address any issue with the customer's best interest in mind by contacting them first to resolve the problem.
Port 25 (SMTP) is blocked by default to reduce the amount of spam sent from our servers. If you need to send emails, please use external mail services with port 587. Alternatively, you could also get a dedicated instance (VDS) where no ports are blocked. For further information or assistance you can always contact us by opening a support ticket and explaining your situation.
When you register and want to purchase a VPS, a unique Bitcoin address will be assigned to your account.You can use the address to deposit funds into your account without even having to visit our platform. After the transaction has been broadcasted successfully, our system will mark it as ‘pending confirmation’ and will wait for at least 1 confirmation block of your transaction. When the confirmation is received, the funds will be added to your account, allowing you to get your crypto VPS server.
No, we do not use a third-party payment processor for our Bitcoin transactions. In order to protect your security and privacy when you buy a VPS with BTC, we use our own in-house transaction processing implementation.

VPS.BG is required to collect VAT (Value Added Tax) for customers that reside in the EU. VAT is not charged to Business or Charity customers that provide a valid VAT registration. You may enter your VAT registration in your customer portal's settings section. Our prices do not include VAT - VAT will be added to your invoice as a separate line item.
